Unable to Confirm Chat Account ..

Hi .. I'm not sure if I'm in the correct area or not, but I'm going to try!

I have a registered & confirmed chat account - I shortened my name and tried to register that name as well - not knowing at the time all I needed to do was link the 2 names together. Anyway, the email address that I used to register the "shortened" name, was incorrect and I'm unable to register the name. Also, I tried link the 2 names together which seemed to work but now I'm not allowed access to the chat and I'm assuming its because I havent entered the validation code (and thats b/c I dont have access to the email address any longer). I'd prefer to use the shortened name .. how can this be corrected?

And gosh, I hope that I've explained that right! hah
