Banned for posting a 'trojan link'

Was banned today for posting this link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EX22UROU
Which is not a trojan. I rar'd the file myself and uploaded it myself.

I hope that this is sorted out quickly. Also, after browing the Newnet.net website, I was unable to find a definitive list of what would cause an automatic ban from your network. And most certainly there wasn't a link to any such list in the MOTD or connect messages from your server. If you take on suggestions, I would suggest this to help other user who got autobanned, so that they know that what they did is wrong and can also check to see what else they cannot do without being autobanned.

You did not do anything wrong, these auto glines are being placed because of a massive spammer using spam bots to spread trojan links on the network.

The gline on you has been removed, just dont paste any megaupload links for awhile, etc, this person is going from megaupload links to other free file sharing links then spamming them to infect other users.

We are hoping to remove the auto glines on these within a few days but cannot promise.

How do I get System Restore to work again after a major trojan? I just did the Malwarebytes.org download and got rid of the huge trojan Vundo but I still don't have the system restore capability back. What else can I do?
